So, you can be sure your personal information will not be disclosed to any unrelated third party.  Return Policy Product returns are made simple at WorldofToner.com. We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at returns@worldoftoners.com, and an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be assigned to your product. Once an RMA is assigned, you may go ahead and return the item, all merchandise must be sent back in new condition, at purchaser’s shipping expense. Upon receipt and inspection a credit will be issued to your account or credit card. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping Policy We offer free shipping for all on-line orders that are 75.00 or more. Orders under 75.00 are charged a flat rate fee of 5.99 per order. all orders are being shipped within 24 hours that the order is placed, via UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available upon request, please contact us for more details. No hidden fees, surprise charges, or additional costs will be charged to you, your total cost will be reflected before your order is submitted
